Some Embassies still accept a TELEX from The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia. 
We will try to use this service whenever possible to save time.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A copy of your passport data pages (the ones with your photograph and signature on) is required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia with your application. Open your passport flat at the page showing your signature and photo, and scan BOTH pages even if one  is blank.
Scan at 100dpi, save in JPG format, and send by email to us.

Russian Embassies require the original invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia, and will not accept faxed or scanned copies. Originals are sent direct to you by courier (TNT, DHL etc.) or airmail (not advised) according to your choice, for the appropriate fee.

The times relate to working days by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia. Times for postal services, courier services, weekends and holidays are not included. Allow plenty of time to receive the document from Russia, and for processing of the visa by the Russian Embassy before your travels. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are not classed as working days. We suggest allowing about 2 months from initial application to the start date of the visa.

Once an application is received, and submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia, there is no refund. Payment must accompany the application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which we will forward for you.

For stays longer than 3 months, a HIV certificate is generally required
