Russian election official’s grandson reportedly bought luxury apartment worth half a billion rubles when he was just four years old

The Anti-Corruption Foundation, which was founded by Russian opposition politician Alexey Navalny, has released a report regarding real estate that formerly belonged to Artur Ebzeyev, the grandson of Central Election Commission member Boris Ebzeyev. The apartment in question included 274 square meters (2,949 square feet) of floorspace and is currently valued at about half a billion rubles ($7.6 million).
